Mr. Song Samart
Founder and Managing Director
Mr. Song Samart is the Man with the Dream and the drive to turn his dream into a reality. In 2002, at the age of 13, Samart became a Buddhist Monk and lived in Bakong Pagoda, one of the oldest temples of Angkor. After completing high school in 2011, he began studying at Angkor University and established Chhan School. Samart's educational background includes English, Khmer, and the history of Buddhism. Samart remains passionate about improving the lives of the families, orphans, and poor children of Spean Kaek and other villages.

Mr. Pov Veasna
Accountant and Head Teacher
In addition to teaching at Samart School, Mr. Veasna is also a student at university. He has also studied computers skills, and is now Accountant and Head Teacher at Samart School.
Venerable Chorn Chhan Administration manager
Venerable Chhan is the son of Haeng family. He is also a Buddhist monk at the Bakong Pagoda. Venerable Chhan is a gentle monk with a good heart, who works hard in the management of Samart School.
Ms. Soth Srey Jou
English Teacher
Miss Soth Srey Jou is a young student at Bakong hight school. Her home town is in Alouk village, Bakong district. Now she is very happy to have good opportunity to come and teaching english to all the students at Samart-School.
Ms. Oul Salav
Librarian
One of the most popular teachers for our younger students is Miss Salav. She is a very experienced teacher who is eager to help students learn and develop their characters. She learned to speak and write English fluently at a private school. Salav attended a teaching training course and, because of her potential and caring attitude, was chosen to be an English teacher at the school. She has continued her job as a teacher at Samart-School since January 03, 2012.
